Shipping policy

We use 2 methods of shipping:

1. FedEx - US$40 per pack.

2. Registered Mail Tracked and Signed - US$20 per pack

We prefer you use FedEx as it normally reaches the US within 48 hours and 2-5 days to any other international destination around the globe.

Registered mail can take long from 10 days to 3 weeks. But some clients prefer to use it.

Local UK Shipping is US$5.

PAYMENTS TO US
Payments are by PayPal, Gpay and Bank Wire. PayPal is quite easy to use and can be done in a few clicks.

You may use your credit and debit cards on PayPal even if you do not have a PayPal account. PayPal will process the payment on the shopping cart and will ask you you would like to checkout using a credit or debit card. Email us if you need assistance.

OUR SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping is by Royal Mail, a registered mail service from the UK using their International Signed and Tracked service. We charge US$20 per pack and will automatically show on the invoice or shopping cart. We usually ship within 2 business days. We ship from London, United Kingdom.

FedEx is the other shipping option that will get you your stones literally next day to most places in the US and 2-3 days to anywhere else in the world.

Once the item has been shipped we will provide a tracking number which you can use on the Royal Mail website to track your item till it reaches you. The tracking number will also work with USPS etc.

If you are using FedEx then you can track it on FedEx tracking.

The pack can be shipped to a P.O.Box but we will use the address provided to us by you or PayPal if you have made your payment through PayPal.

FedEx doesn't ship to a P.O.Box and will require a physical address and a contact number.

If you wish to deliver to an alternate address then let us know by email.

If you are not going to be in at home/work we can divert it to anywhere you like, but you need to let us know which address BEFORE it SHIPS!

We have made deliveries literally to the Tucson show to vendors there while the show was going on.
